YOUTH JURY

My name is Marko Panjak. I was born on October 31, 2013, in Novi Sad, and I go to the “Sveti Sava” Elementary School. My favorite activities are playing basketball and acting. I take acting classes at the Drama Studio “Proscenijum”, and I practice basketball at the “Feniks” Basketball Club. I want to be on the jury because I think it will be fun and I love watching performances. I would judge them by how funny they are, how long they hold my attention, and how interesting they are.

My name is Iva Pilipović, and I am 15 years old. I was born on July 5, 2011. My hobbies are dancing and acting. I want to be part of this year's youth jury because of the experience I will gain by watching professionals from different parts of the world present their work. I will judge the performances by the same things we learn in our drama studio: how well they hold attention, how interesting and creative they are, and how interesting and varied the characters are.

My name is Branislav Beljanski. I was born on December 9, 2014. I finished the sixth grade at the “Đura Daničić” Elementary School in Novi Sad. I spend my free time traveling a lot, listening to music, and playing. My hobby is singing (I have taken part in competitions), and also drawing. It is an abstract drawing. I wish to be a member of the jury at the Festival of Ecological Theatre for Children and Youth. I want to watch every performance with great attention and to enjoy it. In a performance, it is important to me that it has strong emotions and a clear message, which means that the message is clear and unambiguous. I consider that very important when judging each performance.

My name is Jana Svračić, and I was born on July 31, 2011. I am a graduating student of the “Vuk Karadžić” Elementary School. I completed the three-year acting program at the “Proscenijum” Drama Studio. Two years ago I was a member of the jury, so this year, too, I would like to be part of the FEP team. My criteria when judging will be how interesting the text is and how the actors perform it.

My name is Nikolija Tošić, and I go to the “Desanka Maksimović” Elementary School. I was born on September 17, 2013. I like playing and watching tennis tournaments, and in my free time I like to draw, dance, play the guitar, and write fan fiction. I take acting classes at the Drama Studio “Proscenijum”. I want to be on the jury above all to socialize and meet new people, and I also enjoy watching performances. For some reason I find it incredibly interesting. When I judge the performances, I think I will pay attention to the acting, to whether it is appropriate for the stated age group, and to whether I personally had fun while watching the performance.

My name is Nikola Čutura. I was born on March 11, 2013. I am an eighth-grade student at the “Vuk Karadžić” Elementary School and a sixth-year student at the “Stevan Hristić” Music School in Bačka Palanka. I am a member of the Drama Studio “Proscenijum” and I practice handball. Besides sports and acting, music is my greatest love, so when judging the performances I will pay special attention to the music and the effects in the performance itself. I have been coming to FEP since I was little, and I take part in some way every time. This year I wanted to be a member of the youth jury because it is very interesting and challenging for me.

My name is Kolja Garamheđi, and I am 12 years old. I was born on November 11, 2013. I am a student at the “Sveti Sava” Elementary School in Bačka Palanka. I spend my free time practicing kickboxing, and my biggest hobby is acting. Precisely because of my great love for the stage and theatre, I have a strong wish to be a member of the jury at the Festival of Ecological Theatre for Children and Youth. I love watching performances, but also taking part in them, so this would be a chance for me to enjoy wonderful performances. When I judge the performances, I will look for convincing emotions and clear visions in them.

My name is Mila Majstorović, and I am 15 years old. This year I am starting the first year of high school. In my free time I like to paint, read, and act. I like painting because I can express my creativity, and acting because I enjoy immersing myself in different roles. I like reading because it develops my imagination and broadens my knowledge. I have been part of FEP since I was little, and it means a lot to me because through the performances I learn about art and ecology in an interesting way, and I also make new friends.

My name is Strahinja Bjeloš. I was born on October 29, 2012. I attend the “Vuk Karadžić” Elementary School, I take acting classes at the Drama Studio “Proscenijum”, and I practice basketball and kickboxing. I would like to be on the jury because I am very curious about what this year's performances are like. When I judge the performances, I will consult with my fellow jury members and apply the knowledge I have gained so far in acting.

YOUTH JURY MENTOR

My name is Aleksandra Jovanović. By profession I am a dramaturge, screenwriter, and author. I even used to write poems... So far I have written three novels for children and teenagers: Crna ptica (Black Bird), Petra je stvarno otišla (Petra is Really Gone), and Ovo nije ljubavni roman (This Is Not a Love Story), as well as one picture book for children (Lena i puž (Lena and the Snail)), published by Kreativni centar. I love working on coming-of-age stories and everything that growing up brings, whether painful, joyful, or scary. I adore horror films and romantic comedies, which at first glance may seem like two opposite things, but sometimes they turn out to be one and the same. And I can't wait to see how the youth jury will observe, reflect, and share its impressions of the performances at this year's FEP.
